Do not purchase items from them. They advertise best price and price match but only for 24hrs. I could a price significantly cheaper on Amazon and they would not honor their price match guarantee because it was a few days instead of 24hrs. Absolute liars.
I have now been waiting more than two months for all my large items that I ordered from Modsy even though I told my designer to only show me items that could ship immediately because I moved with little furniture. Do not order furniture until making your designer tell you in writing when the furniture will ship or you will be like me having spent a lot of money but waiting and waiting with no furniture and a customer response of "it will take 48 hours to get back to you."
